Faux Metal


This is my entry for the pan pastels challenge New Technique . I placed some mirror card through my machine in a embossing folder by spellbinders .Then I coated the mirror card with some black acrylic paint, when it was dry I sanded it back to give it the distressed look of Faux Metal.

    Really fabulous, I have been meaning to try this technique for a while as a friend of mine makes lovely things this way but I haven't gotten round to it. Your project is making me think I really should have a go as it looks amazing, I love the cogs and the clock image too. Thank you for joining in with the PanPastel challenge blog
