Sorry for the lack of blogging I have been so busy at work .Hope you are all ready for christmas?I am very lucky that my wife Mandy is so well organised, she has got all the presents and cards all wrote and wrapped !Anyway back to my wine bottle tag ,I wanted to add a tag without wrapping the bottle up .
List items used - Cardstock crumbcake,cherry cobbler ,old olive and very vanilla and a small piece of vellum. Ink pads used -early expresso,lucky limeade and night of navy.The stamps used are serene snowflakes,curly cute and also made the flower with the 5 petal flower punch and centre of the flower has got a antique brad added .

Hello to you all. This time of year is great for crafting for me and Mandy. Cold nights sitting in crafting. Made some calenders for little stocking fillers. If you read this Sylvie hope you had a good weekend in Spain.
Used the owl punch(stampin'up)love this punch. Mandy made quite a few calenders as she brought lots of goodies from the NEC on Friday.

What a great new set of stamps from the new catalogue.
The tree image was stamped on whisper white cardstock with versamark and then i
brayered over the top with the new incolor island indigo ink pad.The centre of the card was then stamped in early expresso ink.Also i used the tiny tag punch and tiny tags stampset, the tags are thredded on to the the linen thread.

Well hello to you all. Stampin'Up Demonstrators everywhere are getting excited as the new catalogue is on its way. I know me and Mandy are patiently waiting for our order this week with our new catalogue inside the box too.
We have been so busy as we are preparing for our Craft Fair that we are organising and yes I will be doing a make and take and demo-ing Stampin'Up.I have a large part of the church hall and plan to give it my all.

Well hello to you all. So sorry not been on here for ages, but Mandy is driving me nuts........ She is organising her own craft fair and wants lots of things making. She has done really well and got about 10 stalls.I really am dreaming about everything that I have got to make and keep hearing her voice..have you made this for me yet........
This card believe me has been made some time ago. Created a tri-fold using Melon Mambo. Favourite stamp set Lovely as a tree. See next post for side view.

Using the top note die to make this little holder. Adapted this from an item we had in our wardrobe whilst on holiday in Egypt. Very easy to make and not using alot of materials.

Inside I made a little sewing kit. Using the scallop punch to create the piece for the cottons to wrap round. Using an eyelet to make the hole stronger. Hope you like this simple sew kit.....

Got back into some card orders, so made this one with the new motorbike stamp from the mini catalogue. See post below for the ingredients.

Ingredients for this card. Motorbike stamp from mini catalogue.Baja Breeze card.Neutrals basic grey designer series. Baja Breeze card across center of card is stressed and inked with Baja Breeze ink. Used crystal effects for the shine on the bike.

This is what i have made today using cherry cobbler card stock ,wild wasabi,and so saffron.Made a template and scored card and cut around the centre this was my second attempt.I used so saffron and the embossing folder Manhattan Flowers for the centre of the card .The stamp used was from the set Four Frames and then punched out with the extra large punch.I added a few pearls and some Grossgrain Ribbon very vanilla .Look forward to reading your comments .

Made this pizza box and card using the new Daisy Die from the mini catalogue.
Ingredients: Bashful blue textured card.Not quite navy.Cherry Cobbler embossed with the New embossing folder Perfect Polka Dots. The flowers are the bigz dies,flower daisies on very vanilla cardstock and dusted with Crumb Cake ink.The tiny tags stamps come into use again with a beautiful button,linen thread and small tag punch.

Enjoyed making this twisted easel card. Scored my base card in a criss-cross pattern diaganally. Using the Flight of the Butterfly(111564) and a few pearl gems on the scored lines.Loving the crystal effects on the flowers and used this on the small flower on the inside of the card and on the stamped butterflies.

Made this card for the Less is More challenge.3 squares. On a simple white card. Punched 3 squares using a Stampin'Up large Scallop Punch. The flowers are the Boho Blossom Punch and the word stamp is from the set Vintage Vogue.
Using the punched out flowers carefully stick them together and then stick them over the punched squares.Finished off with with white pearls.

Made this Tissue Holder as just wanted to make some little gifts.Scored the card around the tissues to get the box.
Ingredients.
Peach Parfait card(in color range.)
Linen thread(love this)
My friend stamp(perfect punches stamp set)
Curly Label extra large punch.
Eyelet border punch.
Butterfly(flight of the butterfly stamp set)
Basic pearls to finish.

Hello to you all. Made this card using the Sweet Summer free set. This offer will come to an end the end of February and you probably are so tired of all the samples with these free sets.
Stamped the images to create a wreath, using the pens to the stamp.Then using the blending pen to colour. Used color In Stock card as this is a mixture of colours.Tiny tag stamp set and punch. Hope you like this one, let me know by leaving me a comment or two.

Made this little notebook with the hostess set(level one)Silhouette Sentiments. This is a really nice set of stamps and the words can be used on the mini tag punch too. Just used the In Color write markers straight onto the stamps, so easy to use and stay really wet to stamp with.

Good morning. Sorry not blogged for a while, but we have been so busy with Mandy's usual christmas card orders, only this year she had over 120. We have been making cards at all times and she got about 20 to do. She just made some realy simple snowflake cards and a tag,just to give you some quick inspiration,or if you have forgot someones card on your list. Mandy made lots of these little cards with the Serene snowflakes set. Using a large circle punch(not Stampin' Up punch used here} to make a tag to stick on your card. Stamp randomly with snowflakes on your background. Easy and quick.

Good afternoon to you all. Made a very simple calender using Woodland Walk paper stuck on to a square piece of mountboard. Using the small stamps from the lovely as a tree stamp set just to stamp around the calender. Tie with Celery ribbon (now retired) Using the lovely as trees stamps,on water colour paper and just very gently coloured with ink and water....

Punch Potpourri

This is my only one for this weekend folks. Made this using one of the word stamps(now retired)and the hostess set Punch Potpourri set. Using the small flowers stamped and cut out and then stamping the word love as the stem. Background is done by cutting an aperture out on a post-it note, then stippled with shaving brush. I just love using templates. so after a trip to the craft show at the NEC Birmingham, brought this lovely snowman template. Made him using the love letter papers. Got a few more to put on, but think Mandy overloaded you!!!! Leave your comments as love to hear what you got to say.

This set of stamps is just WOW. Mandy made some nice cards using White emboss powder. By stamping the background with the black ink and then making a feature of the embossed tree in the centre, tying with the gingham ribbon.Black,white and red are just a classic together, but just the black and white theme is stunning.

Mandy can't stop making cards with trees!

Mandy loved these stamps so much, within a couple of hours we had tree cards all over the place. she kept the theme red white and black and I must say so myself, they did turn out fab. (Not that I like to tell her that tho)lovely trees (101223) These were my stamps, she ordered yet another set of the butterfly stamps, but has yet to open them.....

Got making a few cards using left over stamped paper. Then had to add the butterflies from this fab set. These cards didn't take long to make and as you can see got carried away with them. Flight of the butterfly is a fab set of stamps.

Dasher and a shaving brush.

I stamped Dasher, then created the background using a shaving brush. YES a shaving brush. All you do is use the brush the same way as distressing with the foam blocks. Use the brush with a gentle twirl,turning your paper round. This gives a really nice effect.

Made these tags for my swaps at the training demo. used the flight of butterly stamps, the butterfly was punched from the window sheet. Using the crimper to finish of the tag.....oh sorry and the black and white gingham ribbon.

This was my demonstration card at the Stampin'Up training at Bicester. Using a shaving brush to rub ink round the edges of the stamped images. Keep going round with the brush to make the image darker on the edges. As you go round it will lift the paper you have stamped on to give a more oldy look to it. These stamps are my favourite up to yet, as I love doing messy crafting..

Just got to say what had a fab day we had today. All thanks to Michelle Last. We met up finally with people from Stampin' Up. We had demos, WOW's and raffle prizes. The day was well organised and it was such a pleasure to meet all the ladies. Even though I am the only guy on the team I loved it!!!!!! Mandy has come home buzzing with lots of ideas so keep popping into my blog.
Thankyou all for your support today whilst I did my demo, hope you enjoyed my technique and don't forget to buy those shaving brushes..........

This is a beautiful set of stamps, and have used them quite alot this week for card orders. Used different colour inks on each card, but on this one used Bashful Blue. On the background I have used the Shimmer paint in Platinum. Love this little pot of paint, it just gave a nice finish to this teardrop 3 fold card.

This tin is decorated with the white card, stamped with the roller Very Vintage. Inked edges with the certainly celery. The top image is from the set True Friend. These work great together and really enjoyed putting this tin together.
